
Delivery
We deliver to all postal areas in the UK. Please contact us for delivery outside of the UK and we will provide you with an estimate for the delivery charge.
Stock permitting, your order should arrive to you within five working days.
We currently despatch parcels using Royal Mail and we will notify you by email when your order has been despatched. Delivery charges are shown below:
UK Standard Delivery - £4.95 Delivered within 5 working days
UK Orders Over £100 - FREE Delivered within 5 working days
Please contact us for next day delivery and any specific requirements you may have.
A signature may be required for all orders. Please ensure that someone will be available to accept and sign for your delivery.
In the event that an item is out of stock or discontinued for any reason, we will notify you of the delay and lead-time and despatch it as soon as it arrives. Some of our bespoke items are not stocked and the delivery times are indicated besides the description of the products.
Returns Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied we will offer you a "no quibble" full refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please carry out the following steps:
1. Fill in the returns note (included in your original order) stating whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange for another product. Please also state your reasons for returning the goods.
2. Please take care of the product (s) whilst in your possession and ensure that the product (s) to be returned are unused and in its original packaging. Send your parcel to:

3. Any items sent to us in poor condition will NOT be refunded.
4. Goods are returned at your own cost. The delivery charge for the original order is non-refundable.
Faulty Or Damaged Goods
We will do our best to ensure that your goods reach you in perfect condition. After you have received your order, please carefully inspect the goods as soon as possible. If for any reason the goods are faulty or damaged, please follow these instructions:
1. Please report faulty or damaged goods by email to returns@pauperandplush.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. We will email you a Returns Number and instructions on how to return the goods to us.
2. Complete the returns note included in your parcel.
3. Faulty/Damaged goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order and must include the returns note stating clearly the Returns Number. We will not accept any returns after 14 days and without the appropriate documentation.
We would like to suggest that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate when you return a parcel. Certificates are available free at the post office. This will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post.
We will notify you by email when your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 21 working days.
